Don’t be Deceived

The 21st century is the information age filled with “experts” on every topic and at every level. People have specialized and many work in jobs where they contribute only a small part of the big picture. Science has become complex. Specialized equipment is used by highly trained personnel. Can the average person trust these “experts” to tell the truth. How can the average person test for truth? Should the average person even care?

Jesus was walking away from the temple when his disciples came up to him and drew his attention to the buildings there. Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” Herod’s temple may have looked spectacular at that time and the disciples may have felt pleasure and pride in the surrounding buildings that added to the sanctuary of worship intended to glorify God in His holy city. Jesus’ response ignored their focus, instead he turned their attention to upcoming events that will shatter and completely destroy what they value to give birth to the spiritual story of the rise of God’s eternal church.

Privately they met with Jesus and asked, “When will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” (Matthew 24:3)

The disciples were referring to the physical temple in Jerusalem, but when Jesus responded, he was talking about the spiritual temple of God comprised of people, men and women filled with God’s Holy Spirit.

“Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many” (Matthew 24:4-51).

DECEPTION FROM WITHIN: WELL-MEANING MINISTRY BUT DIFFERENT BIBLICAL TEACHINGS

Deception is Jesus’ first concern. Why do we have so many churches today, teaching hundreds of different interpretations of scripture?

Jesus warned Judo-Christians that many in the priesthood and ministry would come as if they were given the authority equal to Jesus and interpret scriptures through their own authority. Is that what Jesus intended when he sent out disciples to take the gospel to the whole world?

After Jesus was resurrected, he met with seven of his disciples who had returned to fishing. He called out to them early that morning to throw their net on the right side of the boat and there they caught 153 big fish. After this catch, Jesus specifically spoke to Peter questioning his love for him. Three times, Jesus asked Peter if he loved him. Peter could not understand Jesus’ line of questioning. Peter was the bold and outward disciple of the twelve. He was adamant of his love for Jesus like many churches in the 21st century, yet Jesus had to remind Peter that he must follow him (John 21:22b). Peter was walking side-by-side with Christ, an image of one who considers himself as having equal authority with Christ, not one following Christ. There have been in the past and it continues into the present, a priesthood and ministry, like Peter, who have assumed the authority of Christ to interpret scriptures through their own eyes. As a result, the churches do not teach the same doctrines. There is only one teacher, Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, “Don't let anyone call you 'Rabbi,' for YOU HAVE ONLY ONE TEACHER, and all of you are equal as brothers and sisters. And do not call anyone on earth your father, for you have one Father, who is in heaven. Neither be called teachers, for YOU HAVE ONE TEACHER, that is, CHRIST” (Matthew 23:8, 10).

Jesus spoke plainly to the disciples that he only has the authority to interpret scripture accurately for he is the Word and Son of God.

Nowhere in scripture has Christ: 

o  Changed the Sabbath to Sunday

o  Nailed God’s law to the cross

o  Terminated God’s Holy days

o  Approved the Christianization of pagan celebrations

o  Continued to keep the traditions of men or add traditions.

Difficult teachings written in the Bible require humble and fervent prayer asking God through Christ for understanding. Spiritual maturity commands diligent study, freedom to explore and listen to different teachers and actions like the Bereans who tested everything. Christ taught one theology. The ministry is required to repeat the teachings taught by Christ and avoid falling into the sin of the ancient priests in Jerusalem who “ruled by their own authority, and the people loved it that way” (Jeremiah 5:31b).

Into the 21st century, there are many different interpretations of scripture, hundreds of different churches all professing to teach the pure word of God. Many in the ministry mean well, but there exists some who are truly wolves in sheep clothing. Every day is a new day to question interpretations, to test, retest and humbly retest in prayer.

DECEPTION FROM WITHIN: FALSE PROPHETS

It was prophesied that false teachers would enter the ministry. The Apostle Peter said, “But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed, they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly” (II Peter 2:1-22). God simply will not spare the wicked.

Rebels are not satisfied to leave people be; they actively work to destroy and lead people back into darkness. “For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So, it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness.” The Apostle Paul assures us, “Their end will correspond to their deeds” (II Corinthians 11:13-15).

To add to the chaos of multiple different teachings on scripture and false prophets, something in our near future, will cause people to fall away from their faith. Jesus said, “Then they will deliver you over to be persecuted and killed, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name.  And then many will fall away, and they will betray one another, and will hate one another; and many false prophets will arise and mislead many. Because of the multiplication of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. But the one who continues to the end will be saved” (Matthew 24:10-12).

Wickedness will stir the wave of hatred to its highest levels across the planet. The Christian theology declaring Jesus Christ as their Saviour will be attacked. An alien arrival will open the door for an old theology long forgotten and a different saviour. It has already begun. New Age theology teaches of an ascension where undeveloped abilities lie untapped. Godhood exists within mortals where no saviour is necessary. There is also a common belief that an alliance of good military and government leaders are battling the dark deep state, the Cabal, the Illuminati, the globalists and that they will overthrow the dark monster gripping earth and free mankind.

Their plan is to usher in a millennial reign of freedom through their military might, the awakening of the people and the subjugation of these globalist leaders worldwide. Their plan includes a Jubilee type of financial release at a national (NESARA) and global (GESARA) level, freeing the world from the international banking cartel and all of the organizations working to support them.

While every effort should be made to subdue and destroy the dark leaders who are working to depopulate the earth, spread fear and hatred, the overthrow of our spiritual enemy will only be fully achieved through the power of Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of lords. Until his return, it is the task of God’s people to spread truth, uncover the lies of darkness and spread the gospel as a legal witness to the world. Through the power of God’s Holy Spirit that will be poured out in the very last days of this evil age, all of the people on earth will be warned. They will learn the truth and will choose who they will serve: God or Satan.

God has given His people prophecy to prepare for the deadly deceptive times on our near horizon. In a vision Zachariah saw, “a solid gold lampstand with a bowl at the top and seven lights on it, with seven channels to the lights. Also, there are two olive trees by it, on the right of the bowl and the other on its left” (Zechariah 4:2-3).

God is using imagery to unveil the important spiritual picture of the work of two priests. During Jacob’s trouble, God will pour out on the seven churches of Revelation His Holy Spirit. Finally, God’s people, comprised of twelve nations in the 21st century, will turn to their God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and take the gospel to the whole world. As the gospel spreads, God’s Holy Spirit will overflow onto the nations.

Scripture provides the meaning of the imagery:

• Trees image leaders. Olive trees image theological leaders, priests/ministers.

When Jotham was speaking to the people of Shechem using God’s coded language, he knew that theological leaders are imaged as olive trees who would understandably say, “Should I give up my oil, by which both gods and humans are honored, to hold sway over the trees?” (Judges 9:9) The leadership of those specializing in God’s law and His word is of greater value than those ruling over people that was the message Jotham was giving to the people in search of a king over them.

• Oil images the knowledge, understanding and wisdom of God’s word.

1. Like the oils the cedar tree which act as natural preservatives and deters pestilences, God’s law and His word is pure and is resistant to corruption.
2. In ancient times, olives were crushed and ground squeezing out the oil used in lanterns to burn for lighting homes and synagogues. Olive oil is a liquid fat that burns brightly. God’s law and His word: His knowledge, understanding and wisdom is released through righteous and loyal teachers of God who preach pure truth that burns like a powerful light uncovering dark lies, misinformation and disinformation.
3. Oil is used in God’s anointing practice when selecting a ruler or priest. These positions are held in high regard, separated from ordinary leadership positions. The oil from the Olive tree is reflective of that leader’s ability to live righteously. They are a shining witness of the application of God’s law and living God’s way of love.

The process of making oil from olives mirrors the journey of a special group of people who are prepared by God to work in His ministry. They are crushed and tried, tested and separated, purified and perfected. God’s special servants have all been persecuted, hated and attacked by those serving Wickedness because they preach God’s law and His word.

The two witnesses of Revelation are the two olive trees in Zechariah. “‘And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.’ These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth” (Revelation 11:4).

These two priests, during the last days of this evil age, will appear on the international stage and testify to God’s people and the whole world proclaiming God’s law and His word. They will first correct God’s people, now twelve nations, and teach them God’s pure knowledge. The Jewish priests and Christian ministry will tremble. It will be a time when their errors are brought to light and they learn to follow Christ’s lead, not their own.

God teaches us how His spiritual temple of righteous men and women will be built. Zechariah 4:6-7, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. Then, God will turn to the global grip of darkness over earth. “‘What are you, O mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground. Then he will bring out the capstone to shouts of ‘God bless it! God bless it!”

Zerubbabel will be resurrected to finish the building of God’s spiritual temple of people. The mighty mountain is an image of a global government gripping earth. It will be overthrown and destroyed not by military might and power, but by people learning God’s law and His word and understanding it for the first time because God will pour out His Holy Spirit (Joel 2:28) on earth. People will choose to serve their Creator, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The saints will bring charges against evil, globalist leaders and supporters; they will sentence and destroy them.

The saints will destroy the wicked through the application of a just legal system; they will judge their own people and the world. They will even judge angels. That really shouldn’t be a surprise since it was the fallen angels—rebel sons of God who were rulers, powers and principalities in heaven who bullied people on earth into deception. 

“‘But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings, and you will go out and leap like calves from the stall. Then you will trample the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day I am preparing,’ says the LORD of Hosts” (Malachi 4:2-3).

Justice will come to the world. “Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will judge angels?How much more the things of this life!” (I Corinthians 6:2-3)

So much spiritual maturity is needed from God’s people. Christ is the capstone of the spiritual temple of God comprised of righteous men and women. Resurrected Zerubbabel will complete the building of God’s spiritual temple and lead His people into righteousness. “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it” (Zechariah 4:8).

Every attempt today to expose the evil doers in leadership is important and critical to cleaning out the wicked from among God’s people, twelve nations today. However, if it is thought that it can be done through alien assistance, backward-engineered alien technology, human ingenuity, then it will fail. God’s people will be taken into captivity, as it happened in ancient times, to humble and remind them of their allegiance to their King, the Supreme God.

DECEPTION FROM WITHIN: FAMILY, FRIENDS AND YOURSELF

A time like no other is coming. Hatred for one another will intensify as fallen angels—rogue sons of God arrive and command worship. Amazing miracles will be performed dazzling the minds of men. These fallen spiritual beings will label the God-fearing people as dissenters and destroyers of their brotherhood. People will be swept into their ideals and fantasies.  Critics will be tagged. People will turn on them thinking they are doing the right thing. “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; children will rise against their parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by everyone because of My name, but the one who endures to the end will be saved” (Matthew 10:21-22). These fallen angels—rogue sons of God loathe Jesus Christ and all those who follow him. Jesus Christ is their arch enemy along with those who follow Christ wherever he goes. Messianic Jews and Christians will be the primary target of these evil beings. “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me” (Matthew 24:9).

A time is coming like none other on earth. Alien (demon) technology will capture the hearts of people. They will become caught up in new discoveries, backward-engineered science that will offer fantastical options. They will choose to sacrifice eternal life through the redemptive sacrifice of Jesus Christ for alien, off-world science with promises of an extended-life with a star trek adventure. 

“Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons” (I Timothy 4:1).

Satan is prowling relentlessly seeking who he can devour through mixing the knowledge of right and wrong. A little right amongst the wrong is often enough to confuse people who will focus on the little right to justify accepting the whole mix. Satan will not give up. He places his evil servants on both sides of the aisle. God’s people are and will continue to be attacked from within and outside.

DECEPTION FROM OUTSIDE: MYSTERY BABYLON

Mankind’s movement away from God has opened the door for Mystery Babylon. This theological body will rise up from out of hiding, to establish a vast and powerful trading centre that will involve the movement of great wealth to Mystery Babylon and her merchants. It will appear on the outside to be good and right. The Apostle John saw it and he was greatly amazed. The angel with him saw his reaction and said, “Why are you so amazed? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns” (Revelation 17:7).

The Apostle John was awestruck. His reaction is a prediction of the response that could be expected by God’s people when this theological body surfaces. Whatever it is in the future, it will cover to control the whole world. The great prostitute sits will become extremely wealthy and she sits on many waters (Revelation 17:1). The waters image people and nations all around the world (Revelation 17:15). This theological body will cause the kings of the earth to participate in her heinous rituals done in ancient times. They will ally with fallen angels/rogue sons of God. This is occurring today. The sacrificing of babies to Moloch, sexual atrocities on babies and children is committed in secret places and private islands. Adrenochrome production is sold and used by movie stars in Hollywood, among global-elites, CEOs of big business and big pharma, politicians, judges, law enforcement and their puppets.

Any discovery of their heinous crimes against humanity is ridiculed, denied and squashed. Truth speakers are hated, character assassinated, maligned and some killed. These inhabitants on earth serve Satan. Many of them are hybrids and others depraved mortals.

The world today is being prepared for her rise to capture the whole world and bring them under her care. The Apostle John was not prepared for her appearance. She looked righteous on the outside. Like the Apostle John, God’s people will not be prepared, also.

A global pandemic designed and implemented by global leaders shook the world, recently. Many people took the gene therapy called a “vaccination.” Now, much is being reported on the harm caused by the vaccination-gene therapy.

Knowledge of this could lead to people in search for healing. Mystery Babylon will come onto the international stage with open arms to help mankind heal. Backward-engineered alien (demon) medical technology will offer desperate people a solution, but it will bring them under her rule. People seeking her help will enter into a trading agreement, exchanging their allegiance with the Judo-Christian God and Jesus Christ, their Saviour for her saving technology. Her healing technology will give people a superhuman, youthful strength and a level of power rarely felt. They will feel that she saved them; an old religion will be revived.

On the outside, she will appear caring and self-sacrificing, but in fact, she will be running a vast enterprise of merchants working as middle-men to finalize trade between her and the people. She will feel absolutely confident that she will remain queen ruling with the beast from out of the sea. This theological body, intimate with returned fallen angels—rebel sons of God will believe that they are invincible and essential in the new rulership on earth.

DECEPTION FROM OUTSIDE: THE BEAST FROM OUT OF THE SEA

This beast from out of the sea is a coalition of fallen, heavenly rulers, powers and principalities thrown out of heaven having lost the war against the Archangel Gabriel and his army. They will be limited then to ruling only on earth. Satan will realize his limitations and decide to give all of his power, his throne and great authority to the leader of the beastly coalition comprised of ten kings (Revelation 13:2b). Satan steps aside. Initially, ten kings will rule collectively for a short time. A strange leader will rise, known in Daniel as the “little horn.” He will overthrow three of the ten kings and the remaining seven will bend their knee to him.

This will be the final great attempt to seize God’s kingdom. This “little horn” will be desperate and attempt to change God’s set timeline of events and His laws. “He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws” (Daniel 7:25). His plan will be to gain such power as to pardon himself, Satan, and his spiritual allies by controlling God’s law courts and tweaking His laws to benefit them and bring false charges against the saints. He will know that time is short; he will need to alter God’s set timeline of events (Daniel 7:25). This character will be noted as a master of intrigue and will reach a level of success overthrowing some of God’s army in heaven. “It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them. It set itself up to be as great as the Prince of the host; it took away the daily [sacrifice] from him, and the place of his sanctuary was brought low [that is, the Prince of the hosts’ sanctuary is made inferior, less powerful] (Daniel 8:10-11).

This attack will take place in heaven. Many theologians have taught the daily [sacrifice] is describing the reinstitution of animals sacrifices in a new temple in Jerusalem. This is a limiting view point. The “little horn” reaches the host of the heavens and throws some of the starry host down to earth. The “little horn” will successfully capture a portion of God’s army and throw them out of heaven to earth, where he will crush them. The taking away of the daily performed by the Prince of the host is halted for a time. This “daily” where “sacrifice” is inferred likely refers to Christ’s regular intercessions for mankind in his sanctuary in heaven. The stopping of the daily intercessions is the stopping of the forgiveness of sin for mankind. The “little horn” does not want to see mankind saved.

This takeover in heaven will be a worldwide news breaking story. They will use this allowed success to appear mightier than Almighty God and Jesus Christ, the Prince of the host. One of the strategies in the art of war is to allow the enemy to walk through the front door to identify those with him and to prosecute them fully.

Battles in heaven have been taking place for a long time. Daniel recorded Gabriel’s delay when he was captured by the prince of Persia. This prince is not a mortal prince. He is a heavenly ruler over his heavenly dominion called Persia. “The prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia… Soon I will return to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come…” (Daniel 10:13, 20).

Rulers in heaven have their own dominions. Some were given rulership over the nations on earth at the time of Babel to teach mankind God’s law and His word. This is recorded in Deuteronomy 32:8-9. “When the Most High assigned lands to the nations, when he divided up the human race, he established the boundaries of the peoples according to the number in his heavenly court. But the LORD’s portion is His people, Jacob His allotted inheritance.” As God Almighty received kingship, that is His inheritance, so the nations received heavenly rulers to rule over them.

It took the great archangel Michael to free Gabriel. Battles rage in heaven. After Gabriel gave God’s message to Daniel, he left quickly to engage in a battle against Persia then Greece. No mortal could withhold an angel of any level. War in heaven will spill over onto earth in the near future.

Daniel’s vision of the ram and the goat describes the overthrow of Persia by Greece, a battle that began in heaven as princes fight for ultimate control over both heaven and earth. The “little horn” who will become the master of intrigue in the last days, comes from the heavenly dominion of Greece. It is the horn the rises from one of the four horns on the goat [Greece]. “Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land. It grew until it reached the host of the heavens…” (Daniel 8:9). God has not yet overthrown heavenly Greece. On earth, Greece is no longer a significant force but its heavenly rulers have been allowed to remain strong. God will overthrow Greece through His sons of Zion. “For I will bend Judah as My bow and fit it with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, O Zion, against the sons of Greece. I will make you [the sons of Zion] like the sword of a mighty man” (Zechariah 9:13). War in heaven will mingle with war on earth: good against evil.

What is coming on earth will have never happened before; it will be like no other time on earth. Jesus said, “For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again” (Matthew 24:21). To paint a picture of the Great Tribulation being merely wars between nations on earth or another world war is a great understatement of what is coming. There will be wars on earth and wars in heaven with parts being visible to mankind on earth. There is no time in the history of earth that will be comparable to what is coming.

While the great harlot is celebrating her reign, the beastly coalition from out of the sea is plotting her demise. The fallen angels those rebel sons of God do not want her; they hate her (Revelation 17:16). This beastly coalition do not want a relationship with her. They do not want theology of any type leading them that is the spiritual message they are declaring; they want sole rulership. They have their substitute theologian, the beast with two horns like a lamb from out of the earth.

DECEPTION FROM OUTSIDE: THE BEAST WITH TWO HORNS LIKE A LAMB

Mankind on earth will be pushed around by spiritual dark forces all seeking their worship. An uncovering of a long-known discovery by the dark globalist leaders will expose the ordinary people to heinous activities. On earth, resides a dark prophet. “Then I saw another beast, coming out from the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed” (Revelation 13:11-12).

The beast from out of the earth is the false prophet of Revelation. It is not a mortal. The imagery God uses is designed to provide mankind on earth with a clearer picture of their enemy and where it comes from. The Apostle Paul said, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:12).

Mankind’s enemy is not mortal. There may be inhabitants on this earth serving Wickedness; they may even be hybrids who look like ordinary people, regardless, they are not the enemy. Mankind’s enemy is spiritual. They are beings with great power, fallen heavenly rulers, powers and principalities that exist both on earth and in heaven.

They are evil. All inhabitants on earth serving them work to hide the existence of these powerful spiritual beings. Researches are busy at work publishing theories, such as, evolution. Confusion is an old trick in Satan’s playbook. People don’t know how they came into existence. Their eternal search concocted the theory of ancient aliens creating a slave race—mankind. God created mankind to become rulers in His holy, royal ruling God-family, but Satan doesn’t want mankind to know that. The disposal slave race theory destroys all hope for mankind to achieve their holy, God-given calling.

After the thrust out of heaven, earth will be the last place in all creation for these fallen angels—rogue sons of God. They will command worship. They will be visible to mankind and they will return mankind to idol worship. The beast from out of the earth with two horns like a lamb will be a type of High Priest. He will perform great miracles in full view of mankind (Revelation 13:13). It will be a time like no other. An idol will be erected, which will be given the power to speak and kill anyone who will not worship it (Revelation 13:16).

The leader of the beastly coalition from out of the sea is the “little horn” of Daniel, the man of lawlessness, the son of destruction. This master of intrigue will deceive, deceive, deceive.

DECEPTION FROM OUTSIDE: THE MAN OF LAWLESSNESS, SON OF DESTRUCTION

It will be a time like no other on earth. This contemptible being “will not be given the honor of royalty” (Daniel 11:21). This “little horn” will come to power during the last days of this evil age “when rebels have become completely wicked, a stern-faced king, a master of intrigue, will arise” (Daniel 8:23).

God waits for when these rebel angels—rogue sons of God are completely wicked so that He can prosecute them fully. He allows some success for the wild king who will for a specific time “do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods” (Daniel 11:36).

Prophecy prepares the saints for events on earth that are like no other time. War in heaven will come down to earth. Jesus Christ will not return until this rebellion lead by the “little horn” occurs.

The Apostle Paul warned, “Let no one deceive you in any way, for it will not come until the rebellion occursand the man of lawlessness—the son of perdition—is revealed. He will oppose and exalt himself above every so-called god or object of worship. So, he will seat himself in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God” (II Thessalonians 2:3). God Almighty already views this rebel as a decaying man, not an eternal son of His.

This rebel who tried to overthrow the Prince of princes will be destroyed by the King of kings, Lord of lords. “The Lord Jesus will overthrow him with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming” (II Thessalonians 2:8).

These heavenly beings will crumble into mortality. Even Satan will be on display for the world to see in the form of a decaying mortal.

“But you [O morning star, son of the dawn] will be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit. Those who see you will stare; they will ponder your fate: ‘Is this the man who shook the earth and made the kingdoms tremble, who turned the world into a desert and destroyed its cities, who refused to let the captives return to their homes?’” (Isaiah 14:15-17)

Is this the man?

Beware! “The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason, God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness” (II Thessalonians 2:9-12).

This rebel will believe that he can overthrow Jesus Christ. Satan at this time, will have given him his power, throne and great authority (Revelation 13:2) to this rebel. “He will become very strong, but not by his own power” (Daniel 8:24). He will feel invincible. “He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power” (Daniel 8:25).

Jesus Christ will destroy this evil, stern-faced king. God will have His full legal case prepared against him. “The court will sit, and his [the “little horn”] power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever” (Daniel 7:26). It will be as easy as that.

Today, we are living in the last chapter of this evil age. Time is of the essence. The leaders of this world do not serve the Supreme God. The leaders of this world have a full, multi-layered structure filled with people holding positions of authority working already, lying and deceiving the people on every issue, everywhere. They are not the holders of truth.

The Apostle Paul warned, “The hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armour of light. Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires” (Romans 13:11-14).

“Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind” (Colossians 2:8).

Now is the time to test all things. Prove for yourself all things and become doers of God’s word. “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom, and continues to do so—not being a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer—he will be blessed in what he does.  If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless” (James 1:22-27).

Satan’s way of life hates the love in God’s law and His word. He is doomed for destruction. His last hope is to give all he has to the rebel beastly coalition in the last days of this evil age. He cares only that he can find a way to escape God’s judgement, sentencing and destruction. Mankind is in his way; he wants them gone. Deception, deception, deception is the tool he uses ruthlessly.

                                  “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a people,
                                     so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.”

The Psalmist pleaded with the God of Israel over three thousand years ago to protect the kingdom of Israel from devastation. The enemies of God plot to completely destroy His people. Psalm 83 is a future event, during a time like no other ever to have occurred on earth, nor ever will happen again. 

Many questions arise from the reading of Psalm 83 that must be discussed in order to fully understand the magnitude of the content. These pressing questions that will be discussed are:

• Who are these enemies of God—mortal, spiritual?
• Why are these enemies of God angry with Him?
• Who are the people of Israel?
•  Why do God’s enemies hate the people of Israel?
• When is this event to occur?
• Will the God of Israel protect His people?
• How can mankind be saved?

Who are these enemies of God—mortal, spiritual?

“See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads. With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish” (Psalm 83:2-3).

God’s enemies are not mortal; they are spiritual—rebel, fallen sons of God. Satan is the leader, the great deceiver who has swayed one-third of the angels to ally with him and he deceives mankind with a cunning daily ritual of falsehood. Spiritual warfare is often hidden and cloaked with lies and deceit, misinformation and disinformation.

Mankind is easily tricked. Many scholars, researchers, scientists, and those given the descriptor of being an “expert” promote misinformation and disinformation. Mainstream media obey their orders to control the narrative, spread fear and hatred. Despite the apparent fall of creation on earth, God the Great Creator is not concerned. He has a salvation plan for all mankind. The people of the nations will remain a fallen people until God’s people repent, return to Him, obey Him and live righteously. When the testimony of the gospel goes out to all the people in the world, then the end will come.

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed in the whole earth, for a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14).

Jesus Christ cannot return, until the legal witness is proclaimed to all the world and they understand who they are serving. They must choose between Satan’s rule or Almighty God. God’s people must do their job. God Almighty wants to save everyone; His only enemies are spiritual beings—rebel sons of God and angels. Yet, the Psalmist wrote, “With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you—the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the descendants of Hagar [the Arabs], Gebal, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre. Even Assyria has joined them to lend strength to the descendants of Lot” (Psalm 83:5-8).

The Psalmist lists peoples on earth plotting against Almighty God to devastate His people. This type of event is recorded in Revelation 16:13, “Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.” God’s enemies are evil spirits of rebel spiritual beings who possess and influence mortals on earth to rise up against their Creator.

The spiritual rebels against God believed at one time that they could overthrow Him and take His kingdom. At this point in time, they are panicking and doing all they can to totally destroy God’s people, then all of mankind.

“In fact, unless that time of calamity is shortened, not a single person will survive. But it will be shortened for the sake of God’s chosen ones” (Matthew 24:22).

God and mankind share the same enemies. These rebels will be destroyed by God. Psalm 82 details their destruction, “I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’ But you will die like mere men; you will fall like every other ruler.”

The Psalmist urged Almighty God to take back rulership over the nations; He is, after all, their Creator and owner of everything created. “Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inheritance [rulership]” (Psalm 82:6-8).

Why are these enemies of God so angry with Him?

The spiritual rebels are raging against Almighty God because they have fallen deep into a dark power grab; they are losing and feeling intense anger and have entered a blaming-state of decay. They have lost battles in heaven. They are losing their rulership over the nations on earth. They are panicking. The last great battle, which will spillover onto earth, is their last major attempt to gain control over Almighty God and Jesus Christ.

Unseen to mankind on earth was the fall of God’s law courts in heaven located in Lebanon. More often than not, places in heaven have the same name as places on earth. This duplicity provides a glimpse into life in heaven, where kings and princes rule over vast dominions that have the same name as locations on earth. This is visible when Gabriel, the angel was seized by the prince of Persia. This event took place in heaven where the power and strength of an archangel, Michael in this case, was required to rescue him from the rebel heavenly ruler of Persia.

Lebanon on earth has a long history of growing the finest tall cedar trees. Their flag is a perpetual reminder of this wonder. Cedar trees image the tall, grand leaders who filled God’s law courts in heaven prior to their great fall. Today, God Almighty is at war against these heavenly rebels.

“See, the Lord, the LORD Almighty, will lop off the boughs with great power. The lofty trees [leaders] will be felled; the tall ones will be brought low [humbled]. He will cut down the forest thickets [all of the rebels gathered together fighting against Him] with an ax; LEBANON WILL FALL BEFORE THE MIGHTY ONE” (Isaiah 10:33-34).

At the time of Babel, God gave many of these once-great leaders rulership over the nations as an inheritance. God Almighty gave Himself an inheritance; He gave Himself kingship over the descendants of Jacob (Deuteronomy 32:8-9). Ten of these leaders did not yet get their promised inheritance, that is, rulership over a nation on earth. God foreknew their rebellion and saved them for the last days, during Jacob’s trouble.

Both the book of Daniel and Revelation mention a beastly coalition with ten kings. “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast” (Revelation 17:12).

These are not mortal kings. Only one mortal king has been promised kingship and that is, King David. Kingship can only come from Almighty God. The ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, indeed will get their reign, but only for a very short time. These ten kings represent the ten toes of the statue recorded in Daniel still standing upright in Daniel’s vision. The physical kings on earth imaged in the statue have died and their kingdoms today are piles of sand. The statue remains upright because the spiritual leaders reign still from heaven. It will take a spiritual leader to take them down. “A rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them” (Daniel 2:34).

Jesus Christ is that rock cut out “but not by human hands.” It will take powerful spiritual beings to overpower and subdue other powerful spiritual beings.

We are involved in a spiritual war, unseen on multiple levels at this time, never-the-less, as real as day. The Apostle Paul warned God’s people two thousand years ago to arm themselves in preparation of a spiritual war. He said that our struggle is not against people on earth, so put on the full armour of God. “Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions for all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints” (Ephesians 6:14-18).

The battle believers fight is the constant feed of lies drawing people away from God’s truth. Heavenly rebels will become completely wicked during their reign on earth. Believers are urged to remain righteous and ready at all times to keep peace during times where hatred for one another will be a raging fury. Waves of hatred are already pounding the targeted. “You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved” (Matthew 10:22).

The ten kings will be challenged for their rulership. The “little horn” will rise up from out of the heavenly kingdom of Greece. “The shaggy goat is the king of Greece, and the large horn between his eyes is the first king. The four horns that replaced the one that was broken off represent four kingdoms that will emerge from his nation but will not have the same power. In the latter part of their reign, when rebels have become completely wicked, a stern-faced king, a master of intrigue, will arise” (Daniel 8:21-23). Alexander the Great was the physical leader imaged as the first king. He died suddenly and his kingdom was divided and ruled by four leaders.

A kingdom called Greece exists in heaven. The angel Gabriel disclosed that in his conversation with Daniel. The “little horn” that gains leadership over the fourth beast will grow out of one of the four horns of the kingdom of Greece. “The goat became very great, but at the height of his power his large horn was broken off, and in its place four prominent horns grew up toward the four winds of heaven. Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land” (Daniel 8:8-9).

The heavenly rulers over the dominion in Greece in heaven remain in power. Though the physical kingdom of Greece is a mere shadow of what it was many years ago, the four rulers/horns continue to rule in heaven over four separate dominions. From one of the dominions within the Greek dominion in heaven, a future ruler will rise; he is the “little horn” recorded in Daniel. The angel Gabriel alerted Daniel of battles being fought in heaven. “Soon I will return to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come” (Daniel 10:20).

The “little horn” is different from the ten rulers given a time of reign by Almighty God. He is a contemptible person “who has not been given honour of royalty [not awarded kinship by God Almighty; he will receive Satan’s throne, great power and authority]” (Daniel 11:21). Three of the ten kings will fall to the “little horn” and the remaining seven will submit to the “little horn.”

The “little horn” in Daniel will try to gain control of the remaining state of God’s law courts in heaven. With Satan as his key military strategist, his task is to change God’s laws and His set times for events. Attempting to bend God’s law, the “little horn” will try to pardon himself, Satan and the beastly coalition. “The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws” (Daniel 7:24-25).

This vile character will be allowed by God to do as he pleases for a time. Almighty God obeys His own laws; He is not above His own law. God is building a legal case against every rebel in this vile coalition who believe they are above His law and are able to change it to suit themselves. “He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place” (Daniel 11:36).

The angelic rebels are furious when they are thrown out of heaven 

Fallen into another level of decay and failure, these rebels set out to destroy God’s people, whether they are obeying God or not. They disdain all of God’s people and mankind in general.

The angels in heaven shout, “Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you!” (Revelation 12:12b)

When Satan and his beastly coalition are thrown down to earth, life for mortals will be like no other time in their history.

This conflict will be an open spiritual battle between Satan, his beastly coalition and the nations with allied with them against Almighty God, Jesus Christ, God’s people and those people from the nations who stand with them.

The objective of Satan and the beastly coalition of rebels will be all about bringing all of mankind into an unredeemable state, where the people refuse obedience to Almighty God in favour of serving Satan for all eternity. It is irregular warfare. It will not involve nuclear warfare; it will involve spiritual destruction of God’s creation on earth. Jesus said that wars and rumours of wars will echo throughout time, but that will not be a sign of the end.

“You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come” (Matthew 24:6). Wars between nations on earth will not bring its destruction.

Why do God’s enemies hate the people of Israel?

Before this question can be addressed, the answer to who the people of Israel are today, is essential. Ancient Israel was comprised of 12 tribes. Into the 21st century, they have become 12 nations with a collective population of around 900 million people. 

God’s people were, during the reign of Solomon, one kingdom but after he died, the kingdom divided into two houses: Judah and Israel.

Faithless people within God’s covenant people propagated their disbelief in God’s promises. “Have you not noticed that these people are saying [Almighty God said], ‘The LORD has rejected the two kingdoms he chose?’ So, they despise my people and no longer regard them as a people” (Jeremiah 33:24). The New International Version translates “the two kingdoms” specifically as Judah and Israel. God has vowed, “I will be the God of all the clans of Israel, and they will be my people” (Jeremiah 31:1) and “I will bring Judah and Israel back from captivity and will rebuild them as they were before” (Jeremiah 33:7).  Israel is a kingdom of two houses: Judah and Israel comprised of a total of 12 tribes, who are today, 12 nations plus one, 13.

The Jews are the people from the house of Judah. The people of the remaining ten tribes are from the house of Israel. Most of the descendants of ancient Israel into the 21st century have forgotten their original roots. They identify as Caucasians who lived for a long time in the region of the Caucasus mountains. It will come as a shocking surprise that Psalm 83 may be addressing the 21st century house of Israel—the ten tribes—the West and western Europe.

The Jews adopted the name Israel sometime after the ten tribes were divorced from the covenant family. At the time that the Psalmist wrote Psalm 83, the kingdom of Israel was a united kingdom. King David ruled over the house of Judah for seven years and an additional 33 years over both the house of Judah and Israel; they became a united kingdom again under his reign. Psalm 83 is addressing the whole kingdom of Israel—all twelve tribes—the Jews, the West and western Europe.

The spirit world knows exactly who the nations are today and where they live. It will become known because God will allow them to fall into trouble and great distress.

God gave Himself Kingship over the descendants of Jacob at the time of Babel (Deuteronomy 32:9). His plan was to establish them as a model nation. He set them apart from the other nations. They were to be a light to the world, living examples of God’s law and His way. They were to be a royal priesthood ruling over a holy kingdom. Striving for superpower status, flaunting military might, acquiring an abundance of economic wealth and influence is not part of God’s plan for His people during this evil age. Of the twelve tribes of ancient Israel, ten tribes craved the ways of the nations around them. God let them go and withdrew His blessings. They lost their family name, Israel, and became part of the very large multitude of Gentiles. They achieved military prowess at times, while living in depravity. They were the prodigal son who returned eventually to their father. Jesus Christ brought them back into the covenant family and they received the new family name of being a Christian. To this present day, many of the people from the ten tribes live in religious confusion. Jacob’s trouble will bring clarity when a great religious revival is ignited and the two witnesses preach to the whole world.

The enemies of God will hate His people because they do not want Him to succeed in molding a humble people, obeying His law and living His theology of love, grace, compassion and patience. They do not want any success coming out of creation on earth.

When will this event occur?

                                “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a people,
                                  so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.”

This extreme hatred is towards ALL twelve nations of Israel and it will take place during Jacob’s trouble—the Great Tribulation. The silencing of the name, Israel takes on a two-fold meaning.

• Firstly, the devastation of the physical people of the kingdom of Israel into the 21st century
• Secondly, the overcomers who are referred to by God as Israel.

The overcomers in days just prior to the return to the Promised Land are like Jacob. On his way back to the Holy Land, he saw his brother with 300 warriors camped just ahead of him. Jacob was terrified. He needed protection and saving. The angel of the Lord appeared and Jacob knew that this angel could save him and his family. Jacob took hold of the angel and begged for his life; he would not let the angel go; he wrestled with him preventing his departure. His persistence mirrored a spiritual event that will occur in the future when the people of God beg Jesus Christ for saving. The angel of the Lord will appear again.

Satan and the beastly coalition will have effectively riled up a tsunami of relentless hatred towards every man, woman and child that is a descendant of the house of Jacob. During this time, the Jews will have accepted a different Saviour, so, they many not be part of the targeting initially. The Christians will be the flag-ship target. Jesus warned them. “You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved” (Matthew 10:22).

The Assyrian

It was the Assyrians in ancient times, who invaded the northern house of Israel and took them into captivity. It is by no surprise that Almighty God titles the war-like leader, who attacks the 21st century northern house of Israel [ten nations], is from the same people—the Assyrian.

“Woe to the Assyrian, the rod of my anger, in whose hand is the club of my wrath!” (Isaiah 10:5). God is using this tyrannical leader to punish His covenant people in the ten nations at that time.

“I send you against a godless nation. I dispatch him against a people who anger me, to seize loot and snatch plunder, and to trample them down like mud in the streets” (Isaiah 10:6).

These people who are taken hostage by the Assyrian are the remaining people of the ten nations who are serving Satan and the beastly coalition. They have made for themselves idols and they are worshipping them.  These idols will be made from gold and silver—precious metals to reflect the “precious” beings they worship. God is working to awaken these people to their grave sins, their treason, their weakness, their gullibility.

With such power in the hands of the Assyrian, he delights in his secret plan to annihilate them.

“But this is not what he intends, this is not what he has in mind; his purpose is to destroy, to put an end to many nations” (Isaiah 10:7).

The Assyrian sees his easy victory over these people. He does not want to only punish them, but totally destroy all of them comprised of many nations.

God responds, “I will punish the king of Assyria for the willful pride of his heart and the haughty look in his eyes. For he says: ‘By the strength of my hand I have done this, and by my wisdom, because I have understanding. I removed the boundaries of nations; I plundered their treasures; like a mighty one I subdued their kings. As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations; as men gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries; not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp’” (Isaiah 10:12-14).

The Assyrian will believe that he achieved such great a victory by his own understanding, wisdom and strength. It was allowed by God to invade God’s people living in sin to awaken them. In their great distress, they will repent and return to their God.

Prior to God’s attack on the Assyrian and his military, He will appeal to His wayward people living in depravity. “Return to the One against whom you have so blatantly rebelled, O children of Israel. For on that day, every one of you will reject the idols of silver and gold that your own hands have sinfully made” (Isaiah 31:6-7).

This very large group of God’s people among the twelve nations of 21st century Israel will have believed the lies and deceit of Satan and his beastly coalition. In their weakness, they will create idols and worship them. This may seem absurd into the 21st century that the ancient practice of man-made idols is again implemented, but this large group will do it because they will be relying on the spiritual, ruling forces on earth for help. In great shame, they will repent. “In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of the house of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely of the LORD, the Holy One of Israel. A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God. Though your people, O Israel, be like the sand by the sea, only a remnant will return” (Isaiah 10:20-22).

This will be a time where two distinct spiritual ruling forces on earth will be evident for all of mankind to witness.

God will destroy the Assyrian. He “will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors; under his pomp a fire will be kindled like a blazing flame. The Light of Israel [Jesus Christ] will become a fire, their Holy One [God Almighty] a flame; in a single day it will burn and consume his thorns and his briers [wicked leaders]. The splendor of his forests and fertile fields it will completely destroy, as when a sick man wastes away. And the remaining trees [leaders] of his forests will be so few that a child could write them down” (Isaiah 10:16-18).

“Assyria will fall by a sword that is not of man; a sword, not of mortals, will devour them” (Isaiah 31:8).

Many of God’s people may die during Jacob’s trouble because of their stubborn unbelief and unrelenting pride. God will save those who repent. “Yes,” the LORD says, “captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children [descendant of Jacob] I will save. I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob” (Isaiah 49:25-26). No spiritual power in heaven or on earth will be able to stop Almighty God from what He plans to do. If there is doubt, as to who is the most powerful in all creation, the God of Israel will demonstrate what He can do without any effect by the opposition.

God will give all people on earth from all nations time to repent. The testimony of the gospel will go out to all the world, and then the end will come.

Will the God of Israel protect His people?

God has never rejected His people, despite their rebellion against Him. He has a plan and through their disobedience, grace was revealed. God foreknew their rebellion before they were even created.

“God did not reject His people, whom He foreknew..” (Romans 11:2).

And, “This is what the LORD says: ‘Only if the heavens above could be measured and the foundations of the earth below searched out would I reject all of Israel's descendants because of all they have done,’ declares the LORD” (Jeremiah 31:37).

Fortunately, the heavens cannot be measured and the foundations of the earth below cannot be searched out.

God’s people will repent. Repentance of sin and submission to the rulership of the Supreme God will bring them comfort and peace. The ancient kingdom of Israel split into two houses a long time ago. They will be re-united and King David will be resurrected and rule over them (Ezekiel 37:24). No more will the two houses fight against each other or provoke one another.

“Ephraim’s jealousy will vanish, and Judah’s enemies will be destroyed; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim” (Isaiah 11:13).

Both houses will recognize their sins. Neither one will be able to point the finger. Both will feel intense shame for their own wrongful actions. Both will repent and submit to Almighty God.

“Those who err in mind will know the truth, and those who criticize will accept instruction” (Isaiah 29:24).

God’s people will enter into an everlasting covenant of peace with Him after Jacob’s trouble is complete in that day. “…the LORD Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the remnant of his people. He will be a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgement, a source of strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate” (Isaiah 28:5-6).

“In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill all the world with fruit” (Isaiah 27:6). God will accomplish what He has set out to do.

How can mankind be saved?

The Psalmist concluded Psalm 83 with, "Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD
that you alone are the Most High over all the earth."

Some people have sold their souls to Wickedness and there is no turning back. Destruction is their only rest. Before Almighty God goes to war against the nations because they have chosen to serve Satan and his beastly coalition, He will appeal to them to come close to Him, learn about His saving plan for them, their Saviour.

“Come near, O nations, to listen; pay attention, O peoples. Let the earth hear, and all that fills it, the world and all that springs from it.  The LORD is angry with all the nations and furious with all their armies. He will devote them to destruction; He will give them over to slaughter” (Isaiah 34:2).

If the people in the nations refuse, then the Supreme God will destroy them, but He wishes that nobody die. He delights in their free choice to come under His loving rule and accept the redemptive sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

“If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved” (Romans 10:9-10).

God will pour out His Holy Spirit in the day (Joel 2:28) onto everyone. Conversion of the world will not be achieved by military strength but by the receiving of God’s Holy Spirit. “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty (Zechariah 4:6). People will see the light, hear the gospel of the kingdom of God and they will respond to their special calling.

God’s people will teach peace and the importance of seeking truth and holding fast to God’s word. From out of the Great Tribulation, a great multitude of people that “no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, will stand before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They will be holding palm branches in their hands. And they will cry out in a loud voice: ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb” (Revelation 7:9-10).

God will win the war because countless people from the nations will refuse to serve Satan. They will turn to the God of Israel and worship Him. They will put their physical life on the line to save their spiritual life. Satan will lose total control over them when they choose to serve Almighty God.

The Millennial reign of Jesus Christ over all the re-united kingdom of 21st century nations of Israel and people from the nations with them, will complete God’s work of establishing a model holy kingdom ruled by royal priests in the Holy Land. The nations will witness God’s love and peace and many will say, “‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.’ The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:3). People on earth will love one another.

God Almighty wins because He is Supreme and there is none like Him!

Psalm 83 is a plea to the God of Israel to protect His people—all twelve tribes—the Jews, the West and western Europe from His enemies. God is building His legal case against the rebels in heaven and unrepentant mankind. They will all be destroyed and peace will reign.

Information comes in a variety of packages. God’s people are called to recognize them, disarm the explosive lies, dissolve mistakes, expose the toxic narratives and question and test all old information for present-day validity.

“Then I looked and saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him 144,000 who had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads… And no one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been redeemed from among mankind as first-fruits to God and to the Lamb. And no lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless” (Revelation 14:1, 3b-5).

The 144,000 men and women who will stand with Jesus Christ on Mount Zion speak the truth; they are honest and faithful; they are blameless, meaning, they are unwavering in their loyalty to Almighty God and they follow Jesus Christ wherever he goes.

Deception, deception, deception is the game at play today. Misinformation, disinformation, mal-information and old information are all techniques used by Wickedness to deceive mankind, lead them astray, keep them from seeing the truth, and hinder discovery.

We have entered into the final phase of this evil age. This last chapter is the filling of this world with misinformation, disinformation, mal-information and the capitalization of old information.

Researcher, James Roguski identified the various types of toxic information: misinformation, disinformation, and mal-information. In addition to these, he added, old information. This is a fascinating addition that most people totally ignore, and yet, it is the worst of them all. The religious traditions of men are an example of old information. It should be tested. Jesus warned the Pharisees about their old traditions that nullified the law of God.

“You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men. You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions! For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’ But you say that if a man says to his father or mother: ‘Whatever help you might otherwise have received from me is Corban’ (that is, a gift devoted to God), then you no longer let him do anything for his father or mother. Thus, you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that” (Mark 7:8-13).

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He did not celebrate Christmas or Easter and he kept the fourth commandment by resting on the Sabbath. Christmas and Easter are Christian traditions. Sabbath worship was changed by the bishops of the Laodicean council to Sunday worship. Old information does not always prove to be correct.

The apostles warned Judeo-Christians of what will come and it is present today and fast at work.

“Now the Spirit expressly states that in later times some will abandon the faith to follow deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons, influenced by the hypocrisy of liars, whose consciences are seared with a hot iron” (I Timothy 4:1-2).

The alien arrival of Satan and his beastly coalition will introduce medical science and life-extending technology and wonders unseen or known previously that will lure people into submitting under their controlling grip.

“For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. So, they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths” (II Timothy 4:3-3).

“Indeed, all who desire to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and imposters go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived” (II Timothy 3:12-13).

Information is an every-day commodity used in decision making. Good information, constructive information, correct information are essential to understanding and implementing the appropriate actions in every-day life matters. Today, leaders in government, news reporting media and education are actively misinforming the public with the intent to deceive, push their bias, and promote their agenda. More than ever before, the public needs to test and retest all information before believing it and acting upon it.

Two guards stand at the door for all of mankind making it difficult for truth to enter. They are cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias.

Cognitive Dissonance

“The theory of cognitive dissonance proposes that people are averse to inconsistencies within their own minds. It offers one explanation for why people sometimes make an effort to adjust their thinking when their own thoughts, words, or behaviors seem to clash with each other. 

When one learns new information that challenges a deeply held belief, for example, or acts in a way that seems to undercut a favorable self-image, that person may feel motivated to somehow resolve the negative feeling that results—to restore cognitive consonance. Though a person may not always resolve cognitive dissonance, the response to it may range from ignoring the source of it to changing one’s beliefs or behavior to eliminate the conflict.”

Mankind has a tendency to fall in love with their cherished ideas and beliefs. To question them is often an absurd notion. Old information that is upheld through tradition is the hardest to question because it has become set in stone. People holding recognized positions of authority often prevent old and new information from being questioned. Shame, ridicule and labelling are used to discourage individual thought and expression of any information that is not the pushed narrative. People who tightly embrace their ideas and beliefs are often afraid of a different set of beliefs and ideas, while others are aggressively pushing their beloved ideas and beliefs to force them upon others. In both cases the door is closed to listening and allowing differences in ideas and beliefs. The closed door is due to cognitive dissonance.

Confirmation Bias

“Confirmation bias is a psychological term for the human tendency to only seek out information that supports one position or idea. This causes you to have a bias towards your original position because if you only seek out information that supports one idea, you will only find information that supports that idea. This is in opposition to doing more comprehensive research that would expose you to opposing ideas.”

There is great strength in formulating ideas and beliefs that are a result of extensive study and research. Listening to differences, exploring the logic that leads to conclusions, and researching all aspects of the narrative is critical to understanding and formulating a tested opinion.

Almighty God is molding people who will withstand the lies and deception of Wickedness on earth. These people will follow Jesus Christ wherever he goes. They will be testing their beliefs and ridding all “spots, wrinkles and blemishes” within their knowledge and understanding of God’s word and the narrative of the day from government, news reporting media and educators.

The apostles warned Judeo-Christians, “See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ” (Colossians 2:8). Empty deceit implies an acceptance of information that has not been tested and retested.

The time is here already, but when the alien arrival of Satan and his coalition occurs, deception will reign in full measure. “And with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore, God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (II Thessalonians 2:10-12).

Those who take pleasure in unrighteousness are the people who participate and foster all sorts of corruption and refuse to repent they will come into judgement before Almighty God. These people are sold into sin. They live for the acquisition of wealth, power and control. They are those who are instrumental in devising corrupt financial products, they misuse the law to bring false charges, they spread their hatred towards all who stand against them, they sexually abuse children and traffic people, they accept bribes, they enjoy stirring up trouble, they entrap innocent people, they are the children of Satan. God Almighty will cause these people to believe the lies they generate and spread.

Love Truth and Righteousness

Loving the truth and pleasure in doing what is right saves mankind. Almighty God will hear the prayers asking for eyes to see and ears to hear truth. Accepting Jesus Christ as the Saviour is the truth that leads to life eternal. “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come” (John 16:13). Those who receive God’s Holy Spirit will have Christ in them to speak and guide them in truth.

“Then Pilate said to him, ‘So you are a king?’ Jesus answered, ‘You say that I am a king. For this purpose, I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world—to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.’ Pilate said to him, ‘What is truth?’ After he had said this, he went back outside to the Jews and told them, ‘I find no guilt in him’” (John 18:37-38). Jesus spoke the truth and Pilate found no guilt.

God is in the making of His perfect government. It will be comprised of 144,000 men and women. The number, 144,000, is not likely the numerical count of all the members in His perfect government that will be comprised of people on earth, but, symbolic of an eternal (1,000) perfect cube (12X12) comprised of many layers of great strength equally strong in the height, width and depth. These men and women speak only the truth; they are honest; they are unwavering loyal to Almighty God; they follow Jesus Christ wherever he goes and they are blameless.

Noah was righteous and blameless. “This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God” (Genesis 6:9). 

Noah was blameless among the people of his time because he was faithful and loyal to God. Noah was not worshipping Satan like everyone else on earth. He was worshipping the Creator—the Almighty God. Noah was keeping God’s law, His ordinances and His ways.

Jesus revealed the Satanic worship of the masses when he said, “As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man” (Matthew 24:36-38).

The people did not believe Noah’s warning of a coming flood. They were oblivious because they were living in darkness, wicked people following Satan’s rule.

Only those living in sin will not be able to identify the signs of God’s wrath and the coming of Christ.“But you, brothers, are not in the darkness so that this day should overtake you like a thief. For you are all sons of the light and sons of the day; we do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not sleep as the others do, but let us remain awake and sober” (I Thessalonians 5:4-6).

Those obeying God are the children of light and they will recognize the signs prior to the return of Christ. The most significant of these signs is the repentance of the 21st century nations of Israel. Jesus said, “Now learn the lesson from the fig tree” (Matthew 24:32). The fig tree is symbolic of God’s people. It will be during the time of Jacob’s trouble, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will awaken the asleep among the 12 tribes of 21st century Israel. It will be during a time of great distress and they will start returning to their God, as “new twigs”—new growth, then you will know that summer is near and Jesus excitedly added, “Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door” (Matthew 24:32-33).

The Symbolism of 144,000

The 144,000 people of Revelation have a significant role in God’s new government. The number 12 symbolizes perfect government nationally and religiously and 1,000 symbolizes eternity. 144,000 symbolizes the two different types of leadership: national [12] and religious [12] bound together into an eternal perfect government and all coming from the kingdom of Israel.

The characteristics of these 144,000 people from within the twelve nations of 21st century Israel are as follows:

·  They are undefiled by the false theology of Satan and the rogue gods (Revelation 14:4).

·  They all come from the 12 sons of Jacob. The tribe of Dan is excluded from the 144,000, likely due to his involvement in false religion. However, God will not reject them from the family. He has clearly stated that He will choose all of the tribes of Jacob again (Isaiah 14:1).

·  They are honest. They do not deceive, compromise or whitewash wickedness that leads to the perversion of justice (Revelation 14:5).

·  They follow, not lead, the Lamb – they speak the pure word of God—no self- interpretations of scripture taught as doctrine (Revelation 14:4). Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. They follow his example without changing anything he did or taught.

·  They are servants of God—humble, not self-elevating (Revelation 7:3).

·  They are sealed/protected from the wrath of the Lamb and God (Revelation 7:3).

·  They have the name of the Son and God, the Father on their foreheads [pledged allegiance to Jesus Christ and Almighty God] in contrast to the “inhabitants on the earth” who have the name and number of the beast on their foreheads (Revelation 14:1).

·  They are offered as first-fruits to God and the Lamb—possibly meaning that they are the first to be resurrected upon Christ’s return (Revelation 14:4b), right when the sixth seal is opened.

·  They are standing with “the Lamb” on Mount Zion (Revelation 14:1).

·  They are the “called, chosen and faithful followers” with Christ when he battles the beast (Revelation 17:14).

The 144,000 sing a new song that only they know. A song may be the joy released from victory. Moses recorded a song in Deuteronomy 32, Deborah sang a song in Judges 5, the four living creatures and the 24 elders sing a new song in Revelation 5:9-10.

The 144,000 men and women who will form God’s new government will stand against Satan and his beastly coalition of liars and deceivers. They know the truth and they are free from the slavery of Satan’s falsehood. “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Misinformation, disinformation, mal-information and old information will be recognized for what it is among God’s people, His 144,000 who know Him and follow Jesus wherever he goes. 

As Satan deceived Eve, so he continues to attack all of mankind on earth. The truth will rise out of Satan’s darkness. Choose truth and live.
